http://www.mintmuseum.org/news/new-mint-museum-uptown-opening-on-1-october-2010 The Mint Museum of Art, Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. 1st October 2010 - 13th March 2011, The Mint museum of Craft and Design is organizing the first comprehensive survey of Contemporary British Studio Ceramics in the United States. This landmark exhibition will be drawn from the collection of Marc and Diane Grainer of Potomac, Maryland, and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010. Artists include: Gordon Baldwin, Alison Britton, Neil Brownsword, Stephen Dixon, Ruth Duckworth, Gillian Lowndes, Kate Malone, Carol McNicol, Lawson Oyekan, Philip Eglin, Grayson Perry, Richard Slee, Martin Smith, Takeshi Yasuda, Ewen Henderson. A color catalogue, to be published by Yale University of London, will accompany the exhibtion. More a major reference book, it will feature an essay by Tanya Harrod, and epilogue by Glenn Anderson. 2010
